Day Shift

We are currently looking for a Warehouse and Inventory Clerk to join our team on a 1-year contract. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of materials by managing inventory movements and supporting production operations, all while following safety standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Storing Goods

Receive parts from the shipping/receiving team Verify quantities and descriptions against documentation Identify or create appropriate bin locations in the ERP system Record transactions in the ERP system and store parts in designated bins

Material Picking for Production

Become familiar with material requirements for production orders Pick and stage items in designated bins for each work order Assign materials to orders in the ERP system to maintain accurate inventory levels Deliver work orders and materials to the appropriate departments

Parts Orders - After-Sales Service

Review individual parts orders Gather and prepare all required components Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure required photos are taken Pack orders and route them through the Warehouse Coordinator

Parts Orders - Production Support

Receive and process part requests from production Check availability and create stock exit orders Issue parts to production and return unused materials to inventory

Inventory Control

Review ERP inventory reports Perform periodic bin counts and validate quantities Complete inventory documentation and report discrepancies Participate in the annual physical inventory count

Safety

Follow all health and safety procedures Properly use required PPE, forklifts, and cranes Report any incidents or unsafe conditions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications & Skills

Team-oriented with a strong sense of collaboration Excellent attention to detail and organization skills Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Previous experience in a similar role is an asset Ability to read and follow plans and instructions Experience using an ERP system Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written). Intermediate English required

English proficiency is required, as approximately 40% of the role involves regular communication with stakeholders in the United States.
