Our values are the foundation of our culture, which drive our behaviours, interactions, and the way we conduct business. - Warehouse Worker Reporting to the General Manager at National Cannabis Distribution (NCD), the warehouse helper is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the wholesale distribution centre. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing inbound shipments including: Unloading trucks, receiving inventory, put away of inventory;
  • Managing outbound shipments including: Ensuring all packages are identified properly and are picked up by the appropriate carriers;
  • Performing inventory counts;
  • Order fulfilment including: order preparation, pulling products, packing customer orders, placing orders in designated areas;
  • Managing inventory: Sort and place inventory on racks, shelves, bins according to organizational standards;
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, work stations, warehouse clean & organized at all times;
  • Some clerical work as needed (data entry, defective products, packing slips, sales orders etc.)
  • Wear the proper safety equipment
  • Communicate and collaborate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Any other duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
  • Attention to detail and well organized;
  • Ability to work in a team environment;
  • Ability to lift heavy (up to 25lbs) boxes and stand for long periods of time;
  • Knowledge of workplace safety precautions;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
  • Time Management and problem solving skills;
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada;
  • Available to work up to 20hrs per week;
  • Available to work Monday to Friday during the day.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Warman, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
  • warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: One location
