• Responsible for all Shipping, Receiving & Customs and related activities, within Warehouse Operations, supporting general distribution, Manufacturing and Service value streams
• Responsible to ensure that orders are shipped to arrive in good condition and on time to our customers
• Support the Team Leads/Lead Hands
• Develop and support a cross functional working attitudes among teams and departments
• Support of inventory counting requirements
• Monitor Warehouse Activity Monitor (SAP)
• Seek and implement continuous improvement activities
• Maintain Departmental Continuous Improvement Processes initiatives
• Ensure daily productivity goals are achieved
• Control operational costs, while maximizing productivity
• Special projects and other duties as required
• Ensure a safe and productive working environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, Shipping/Receiving, required
• Previous supervisory and leadership experience required
• Maintain a positive, collaborative attitude and focus
• Strong leadership skills with sound decision making abilities
• Computer literacy with Windows applications and MS Office
• SAP ERP system knowledge would be an asset
• Completed Diploma or Degree in a related discipline required
• Familiar with hydraulics and automation products an asset
• Must be a team player with excellent people/interpersonal skills - with the ability to develop others, mentor, coach and motivate

• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
