Treesa Builders is seeking a dedicated and organized

Warehouse Executive

to join our operations team in

Vancouver

. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth warehouse operations and maintaining efficient inventory control to support ongoing construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring materials are received, stored, and dispatched accurately. Maintain updated inventory records and track material usage for ongoing projects. Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure timely delivery of required materials. Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and reconciliations to minimize shortages and discrepancies. Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials and equipment. Supervise loading and unloading activities, ensuring safety and accuracy. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse. Prepare reports on stock levels, material movement, and warehouse performance. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified). Support process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Executive, Storekeeper, or similar role. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics coordination. Ability to lift, move, and manage materials safely. Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and in coordination with project teams. Certification in equipment handling (forklift) is an added advantage.
