What You'll DoInbound (Transfers + Receiving)

Receive inbound shipments and internal transfers as they arrive. Compare received units against documentation and record results accurately. Identify, separate, and clearly label exceptions (missing units, wrong sizes, extras, damage), and report issues immediately. Digitally document all receiving activity (spreadsheets/CSV logs, photos when required).

Outbound (Ecommerce Orders + Store Shipments)

Sort and pack orders with a strong focus on accuracy. Confirm SKU / size / quantity match the order or shipment documentation. Perform basic quality checks before packing (damage, wear, missing components). Pack to standard: protective materials, neat presentation, and correct inserts when required. Print/apply shipping labels and stage shipments for carrier pickup. Follow shipping requirements when applicable (e.g., signature service).

General Warehouse Support

Maintain clean, organized work areas and staging zones. Communicate progress, priorities, and delays throughout the day. Support the team with general warehouse tasks as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications

Fluent spoken and written English (clear communication is required). Strong comfort with technology: computers, scanning/label printing, and digital documentation. Confident using spreadsheets/CSV logs and following digital workflows. Strong attention to detail and consistency. Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/move for extended periods. Reliable attendance and ability to work independently.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with ecommerce packing/shipping workflows. Familiarity with Shopify. Experience handling apparel goods and maintaining careful packing standards. Fashion retail experience (Front of House), strong product awareness and presentation standards.
