Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients via email and WeCom, understanding their business needs and objectives. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements. Establish a solid account database through proactive prospecting and existing data provided by the Account Manager team.

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including working with databases and advanced functions. Ideally 1-3 years of related experience, work experience in supply chain is an asset. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills, with a proactive attitude. Fluency in English and Mandarin
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
