Position Summary
The
Warehouse Coordinator / Lead
is the key contact for Maxxeon's Canadian warehouse operations. You'll handle shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and overall facility organization. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who takes initiative, works independently, and values accuracy and efficiency.
Schedule:
Part-time, in-person, 2 days per week
Compensation:
CA $26-28/hour, reflecting added responsibilities (inventory control, WMS updates, U.S. coordination) and Toronto market conditions.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify contents and condition.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse (shelving, pallets, supplies).
Manage inventory: track stock, perform cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment across Canada.
Log all outgoing orders and report shipment status to the U.S. office.
Coordinate documentation, packing slips, and related shipping materials.
Update warehouse spreadsheets or WMS for inventory and order tracking.
Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and the Brunswick, Ohio team to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain packaging and warehouse equipment; uphold safety standards.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory control.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Ability to lift moderate loads; pallet jack or forklift experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and comfort working with a remote team.
Proficiency with Excel or basic inventory/order systems.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a small-team setting.
