What we need


We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and intuitive individual to become our Warehouse Coordinator. This individual will coordinate daily operations in our fulfillment team include packing, shipping, receiving and record keeping. The ideal candidate will have a strong prioritization skills, be able to maintain a neat & tidy space, and find solutions to shipment issues using team collaboration when needed.

Responsibilities



Maintain company email account to stay organized and in communication Assist and coordinate daily packaging and shipping of products, including proper branding and labels attached to each shipment. Receive, organize, and maintain inventory both physically and in digital database Assist with warehouse inventory counts to ensure accuracy and efficient processing Process returns and trade-in in a timely matter, prioritizing customer communication and delegating follow up tasks to sales or admin team as needed Track shipments to customer to ensure successful deliveries, corresponding with carriers to solve delivery issues as they occur Support management of customer service tickets, working with the sales and admin team ensuring customers have a quick and prompt response to inquiries. Stay up to date on Microsoft Teams Channel communication and participate in Fulfillment Teams Channels to ensure proper follow-up, ticket resolutions, etc. are communicated as required. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products, services and promotions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company goals, values, and mission.

Qualifications



1-3 years experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, and/or administration Advanced computer literacy skills - Highly proficient in MS Suite and able to navigate internet databases Ability to work effectively as part of a team & independently Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and conduct day-to-day tasks safely Demonstrates time management, prioritization, and organizational skills Exceptional written & verbal communication and negotiation skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
