The Warehouse Coordinator supports IREN's High-Performance Computing (HPC) operations by managing the flow of materials, tools, and equipment that keep our sites running smoothly. This role bridges warehouse operations and logistics ensuring everything that comes in, goes out, or moves between sites is accounted for, safe, and on schedule.

Job requirements



2-5 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience (industrial or technical environment preferred). Strong communication and coordination skills. Able to collaborate with different departments. Comfortable using Excel, inventory tracking tools, and scanners. Telehandler, skid steer and aerial certification are an asset. Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record is required. Physically able to lift and move moderate loads safely

Job responsibilities



Receiving & Inventory Management

Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments verifying against purchase orders and packing slips. Update and maintain inventory tracking systems for all materials and tools. Conduct periodic cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.

Coordination with Logistics

Work together with the Logistics Coordinator to plan and prioritize shipments between sites. Prepare materials for transport including packaging, documentation, and scheduling pickups. Communicate with drivers, couriers, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Support project schedules by ensuring materials arrive on-site when needed for HPC or retrofit work.

Warehouse Operations

Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and well-organized for quick access and safety compliance. Maintain staging areas for HPC materials (e.g., servers, racking, fiber, electrical supplies). Manage loading and unloading activities safely and efficiently. Support temporary or off-site storage setups when capacity is required.

Documentation & Reporting

Complete and maintain shipping/receiving records, waybills, and internal transfer forms. Assist with inventory reports, shortage notices, and material usage tracking. Ensure all documentation (including FLHAs or equipment inspection logs) meets IREN safety and compliance standards.

Safety & Compliance

Always follow and promote IREN's health and safety procedures. Operate equipment or pallet jacks safely and within certification limits. Report and correct unsafe conditions immediately. Support safe material handling practices across all teams.
