See more: https://www.goco.ca/ GoCo is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for our Vaughan warehouse.
You will contribute to the team by performing the following tasks:

  • Manage multiple receiving, shipping and returns queues
  • Perform loading and unloading of the materials (approx 15lbs)
  • Process receiving and customer returns in a timely manner
  • Track shipments of all material, stock and equipment; in and out of the warehouse
  • Ensure equipment is provisioned/activated and in working order prior to shipment
  • Ensure shipments are done in a timely manner and keep the systems and team updated
  • Keep inventory and associated systems accurate & up to date, including adding & removing items
  • Always maintain an organized warehouse to facilitate day-to-day operations
  • Respond to inquiries from other departments, notably about returned units, tracking the status of shipped units, etc.
  • May be required to work evenings and weekends
  • Perform other tasks as required

What do you bring to the team?
  • High-school diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skill
  • Time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding, and rapidly changing environment without close supervision
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with fellow team members, customers, and other departments
  • Flexibility to adapt and accept various tasks to ensure that the team\xe2\x80\x99s overall objectives are met

Mandatory:
  • Computer skills, experience working in a telecom warehouse.
  • At least 1 years of experience/studies in a technology-related industry
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service/warehouse position

Nice to have:
  • Bilingual (English and French)
