Reports to:

Senior Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities

Handle receiving shipments and locate parts in the parts shelf accurately. Monitor, control, and cycle count of supplies for inventory management Daily issuing of withdrawn parts from parts shelf in ERP system Weekly inventory count for fuses, filters, sanitation, and production supplies Help mechanics and workers to locate required parts and supplies. Keep parts warehouse organized and well maintained. Perform inventory cycle counts, spot counts and month end reconciliation process; research any variances and authorize appropriate inventory adjustments. Conduct records audit of inventory, adjustments and other metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports of findings to management. Observe all safety rules and promote a safe working environment with team members. Maintain strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Compliance with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc. Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP. Other duties as assigned.

Profile



Knowledge of Engineering spare parts for Projects and Maintenance. Knowledge of Production & Plant supplies which includes Janitorial, Sanitizers, Chemicals, Lubricants etc. Knowledge of Inventory & Warehouse system. Forklift license mandatory. Numerical accuracy dealing with lot of Part numbers or items. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Excel Good interpersonal skills and communication skills to interact with cross functional teams. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
