YOUR CHALLENGE

• Ensure a fast and efficient service when receiving, preparing and shipping merchandise to external customers and branches of the company;
• Your day to day requires moving 8 hours a day and going up and down ladders.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Forklift truck

• Unload and place the merchandise in the appropriate location;
• Follow the procedures; fill out the necessary documents with the accurate information;
• Keep all equipment in order, carry out inspections and complete the material report.

Reception

• Receive and inspect the merchandise from different suppliers and enter it in the system;
• Process suppliers\' nonconformities.

Preparation

• Fulfill orders from customers and branches using packing slips;
• Ensure that the merchandise shipped is corresponding to the packing slips;
• Make sure to comply with the special requests indicated on packing slips.

Shipping

• Check order accuracy Pack orders and ship them to the clients and/or branches.

All

• Arrange the merchandise safely in the warehouse in its intended place Ensure the cleanliness of work areas;
• Work safely in compliance with health and safety standards.

YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS

• Order accuracy;
• Number or prepared orders;
• Service level (internal).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in a similar position preferred;
• Ability to lift between 30-40 lbs;
• Forklift certification, an asset;
• At ease with technology.
