Warehouse Associate
Position Summary
We are seeking a
Warehouse Associate
who is detail-oriented, organized, and hands-on to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that all materials required for daily solar installations are efficiently managed, organized, and prepared. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, assisting the install team, and contributing to a smooth daily workflow.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, is technologically savvy, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations
: Arrive at the warehouse by 7 AM, communicate with installation teams regarding their daily schedule, and organize materials and equipment for the day's work.
Inventory Management
: Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring materials are always available for installation teams. Regularly track and update inventory in our system.
Material Loading & Unloading
: Assist in loading trailers for installation teams and manage deliveries by unloading and organizing the warehouse.
Communication
: Coordinate with the head office, electricians, and installation teams to ensure they have the necessary electrical and solar equipment.
General Maintenance & Tasks
: Perform additional duties, including using power tools, installing customer yard signs, purchasing materials, and running errands.
Fall Arrest Certification
First Aid Certification
Familiarity with electrical or solar equipment
Skills & Abilities
Organizational Skills
: Strong ability to manage inventory, track materials, and maintain a structured workflow.
Technical Proficiency
: Technologically savvy, with experience using CRM software and other tools to manage inventory and track materials. Comfort with databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems, or a quick learner.
Communication Skills
: Ability to effectively communicate with teams and manage time efficiently.
Physical Requirements
: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and comfortable working at heights.
Adaptability
: Flexible to work overtime when necessary and able to take initiative in completing tasks with minimal supervision.

Forklift Operator: 1 year (preferred)
