Your Role:


We are seeking a driven and professional individual who is enthusiastic about ensuring our product is tracked, stacked and packed with the same care as the creation of our award-winning beverages. Awesome products come from a clean, safe and functional facility which you will take pride and accuracy in daily ensuring items are on site and where they are needed, when they are needed.


Our team works together to ensure internal and external customers needs are met with the material and products they require.

Key Responsibilities:


Shipping & Order Fulfillment:

Pick and prepare orders for shipment based on internal work orders and customer sales orders. Label and palletize finished goods including RTDs, spirits, and beer according to shipping specifications. Load trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks. Generate and verify shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips, etc.).


Receiving:

Receive and inspect incoming materials, ingredients, and packaging supplies. Verify shipments against purchase orders and report discrepancies. Unload deliveries and ensure accurate labeling and storage. Communicate with purchasing and production departments regarding inventory intake.


Order Picking & Inventory Handling:

Pick raw materials and packaging components for production runs based on daily schedules and batch requirements. Ensure accurate pulling and staging of items to meet production timelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management software or ERP systems. Track and rotate stock (FIFO/LIFO), especially for perishable or regulated items like ethanol and hops. Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in full inventory audits.


Compliance & Safety:

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, especially those relating to the storage and handling of alcohol and flammable goods. Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements including excise reporting, and traceability. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Operate material handling equipment (MHE) safely and report any mechanical issues promptly.


Who you are:

An energetic, proactive positive communicator, team and solution creator. Curious and exhibits the desire for continuous improvement. Desire and action orientated for self-growth Agility allowing you to support multiple departments and shift priorities. Keen to organize all the details ensuring big picture alignment. 1-2 years of experience in shipping/receiving, order picking, or warehouse operations (experience in a brewery, distillery, or food/beverage manufacturing preferred). Valid forklift certification or willingness to be trained. Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar) is an asset. Experience with Lean manufacturing and 5S. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working around alcohol products and complying with all related regulations.
