Warehouse Associate - Level 1 (General Duties)

About the Role

Powerhouse Building Solutions is growing fast, and we're looking for dependable, hands-on team members who want to build their skills and grow with us. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help ensure our products move safely, accurately, and on time. You'll join a close-knit team where effort, learning, and teamwork are recognized and rewarded.

What You'll Do

Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently Load and unload materials safely using appropriate equipment Maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards) Follow all safety and PPE procedures Support inventory cycle counts and stock organization Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors Assist with other warehouse tasks as required

What Success Looks Like

Orders picked and shipped on time with high accuracy Work area kept clean, organized, and safe Contributes to smooth warehouse flow and teamwork Participates in daily huddles and 5S routines

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate:

Powerhouse Grade 1 Warehouse position --

$23.00 to $26.00 per hour

, commensurate with experience

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday
