Position: Warehouse Associate - Shipping & Receiving
Location: Richmond, BC
Salary: $19.50 per hour
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking to grow in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a dynamic and dedicated team. The successful candidate will support the shipping, receiving, and general warehousing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle shipping and receiving pick, verify, pack, and organize products according to procedures.
- Stack and palletize completed orders.
- Put away and organize materials after receipt/verification into bins, shelves, racks according to SOPs.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and proper storage.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all company policies and support general warehouse operations as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, walking, standing) throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or food industry is a plus.
- Comfortable handling small, fragile items.
