We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient warehouse operation, ensuring that products are stored, picked, and shipped accurately and safely. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts, cranes, and reach trucks to move products safely. Perform order picking and packing tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed efficiently. Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock locations. Conduct regular inspections of heavy equipment and report any maintenance needs. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Skills

Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse operations and equipment. Experience in warehouse distribution processes. Proficiency in operating forklifts, cranes, and other heavy equipment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems for inventory tracking. Strong ability in order picking techniques and practices. Capability for heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
