Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates for our Freight Cargo Handling client to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, handling various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely.

3:00 PM-11:30 PM

Richmond ( Air Cargo Handling Facility)

Duties

Perform order picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock movements. Conduct shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed correctly. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Assist in heavy lifting and moving of products throughout the warehouse as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and improve workflow processes. Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with packaging products for distribution.

Experience

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred. Experience with order fulfillment processes, shipping & receiving, and packaging is beneficial. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks.
