Job Description

Duties:

- Perform order picking using handheld devices or pick lists

- Receive orders from suppliers and follow the receiving process

- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the contents

- Load and unload trucks using equipment such as forklifts

- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts

- Receive calls from clients and upsell the customers

- Responding to customer inquiries

- Handling complaints to building strategies for improving the overall customer experience

Experience:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred

- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes

- Arranging goods in the warehouse and shelves

- Proficient in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or cranes

- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues

- General store keeping

- Running cash register

Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Punctual; reliable

- Heavy lifting 50 lbs+

- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $15.65-$26.94 per hour
