We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and supports our commitment to timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of service.

Responsibilities

Assist with deliveries when required Manage warehouse distribution tasks to ensure timely order fulfillment. Assist with shipping and receiving processes. Perform order picking and packaging accurately. Maintain organization within the warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow. Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse operations or similar roles. In possession of a valid BC Driver's License Strong mathematical skills are preferred. Familiar with computer based programs such as Excel, Word and Shopify Ability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork. Bondable Knowledge and enthusiastic with sport fishing.
