The Master Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a permanent full-time role in our Ottawa location. We're looking for someone who knows the value of getting it right the first time and thrives in a fast-paced, respectful environment. This role offers long-term stability, full-time hours, and a team that backs you every step of the way.

What you will accomplish with us:

Physically receive goods, confirm quantities, and receive into the computer system Pick and pack orders for counter sales, ship warehouse transfers and/or courier deliveries Provide superior customer service Assist in customer loading and unloading of parts by hand or using a forklift Stock shelves and organize overstock locations Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, work areas clean Abide by all company safety regulations Various other related duties as assigned by supervisor such as opening containers & crates, preparing orders, inventory, etc.

What You Bring to Our Team:

Previous experience operating a forklift (counterbalance) Dangerous Goods certification (an asset) Ability to lift or move heavy products (up to 50lbs.) Team player with organizational skills Ability to work under pressure Initiative & resourcefulness Strong work ethic and positive team attitude


Compensation Information:

Base Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually

Supplemental Pay Types Include: overtime pay; annual bonus



The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
