Our management team has over 35 years of experience in the automotive parts industry. Headquartered in Ottawa, we are looking to hire a customer service/warehouse associate. Role: Customer Service /Warehouse Associate Customer Service/warehouse Associate Role Description: Our company requires a professional, positive person to fill the role of Customer Service /Warehouse associate on our team. You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as processing and invoicing customer orders, receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock and other. Customer Service/ Warehouse Associate Position Overview: \xc2\xb7 Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services. \xc2\xb7 Input sales orders, invoices, and shipping information. \xc2\xb7 Arrange freight shipments. \xc2\xb7 Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint \xe2\x80\x93 determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustments; following up to ensure resolution. \xc2\xb7 Welcome and receive inventory from delivery trucks \xc2\xb7 Embark merchandise in delivery trucks using appropriate tools \xc2\xb7 Accommodate and carefully handle fragile merchandise \xc2\xb7 Track and document exact shipment arrival and departure times \xc2\xb7 Tag and label merchandise \xc2\xb7 Box, wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards \xc2\xb7 Prepare all orders for shipment \xc2\xb7 Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items \xc2\xb7 Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs Required Experience and Skills: \xc2\xb7 High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. \xc2\xb7 Experience in Microsoft base programs Basic Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Initiative and Quick Learner \xc2\xb7 Organized multitasker \xc2\xb7 Good social and communication skills \xc2\xb7 Problem Solving skills \xc2\xb7 Required language: English fluently \xc2\xb7 Worked in Automotive industry is an asset

• Forklift Operation Certification will be considered an advantage
• Previous working experience as a Warehouse Worker is an advantage.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity

Education: High school diploma Compensation: TBD based on qualifications and experience Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.50-$22.54 per hour Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
