We're looking for a

Warehouse Associate

to join our Global Operations team in Oakville, CA. In this role, you'll be hands-on in our warehouse, ensuring client and rental assets are organized, well-maintained, and ready to ship. From pulling materials for hybrid booths to operating forklifts and staging assets, you'll play a vital part in helping us deliver excellence for our clients.

What You'll Do

Operate forklifts daily to pull and organize client assets. Support all aspects of warehouse operations--including RIs, AV, express orders, logistics, receiving, offloading, and staging. Maintain client and rental assets in "ready-to-ship" condition and complete RIs for all assets. Read CAD drawings to determine required materials for each job. Recognize and pull all components needed for hybrid booths. Monitor assets, reporting damages or refurbishment needs to supervisors. Restock and organize assets in designated areas, keeping the warehouse in tour-ready condition. Work independently while following production schedules set by the Operations Coordinator.

What We're Looking For

Associate's degree, technical training, or equivalent experience (6 months-1 year in a related role). Comfortable operating forklifts and working in a warehouse environment. Ability to read CAD drawings and follow detailed pull lists. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. Strong communication skills--able to collaborate across teams and with clients. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
