Full-Time Warehouse Associate
to support the daily operations of our furniture rental warehouse. This hands-on role is essential to keeping our inventory clean, organized, protected, and event-ready. You'll play a critical role in preparing, detailing, tracking, and maintaining furniture used at high-end corporate events, weddings, and large-scale productions.

Responsibilities & Duties
Cleaning, Detailing & Quality Control
Clean, detail, and inspect furniture before and after events
Ensure all inventory meets company cleanliness and quality standards
Report damage, missing items, or maintenance needs
Inventory Handling & Furniture Care
Assist with inventory control, tracking, and organization
Load and unload furniture from delivery trucks
Handle furniture carefully to prevent damage
Wrap, protect, and store furniture in designated locations
Order Prep & Returns
Pull, stage, and prep furniture orders accurately and efficiently
Assist with returns, breakdowns, and restocking after events
Support timely turnaround of inventory for upcoming events
Maintenance & Storage Support
Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of furniture
Ensure proper storage to maximize inventory lifespan and accessibility
Warehouse Safety, Organization & Culture
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Follow all warehouse safety protocols and Health & Safety (H&S) policies
Identify and report hazards or unsafe conditions
Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
The Candidate
Must-Have
Ability to lift up to 50lbs, move, and handle furniture safely and consistently
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse, logistics, or labour experience (event rental experience is an asset)
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Ability to follow processes, safety procedures, and company policies
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Nice-to-Haves
Raymond Reach and/or Order Picker experience
Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems
Interest in growing into lead hand, supervisory, or operations roles
Superior Events & Luxe Modern Rentals is certified to license employees in-house for Raymond Reach and Order Picker equipment
