Responsibilities
Comfortable with computers and using technology. Must have Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Receiving & Storing Products:
Assist with unloading deliveries and accurately verify product information and quantity against shipping documentation.
Properly store and organize products using RF scanners, ensuring proper rotation of product first in first out (FIFO).
Verification of inventory and extra weight to be returned to location.
Check product for quality and report any discrepancies or issues to the Manager.
Coordinate with warehouse associates
Receiving orders and verifying the completion and correctly storing the goods into inventory.
Order Picking & Packing:
Assisting in the loading and unloading of products on and off delivery trucks.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in a timely and efficient manner.
Verification and returning the extra finished goods to exact location.
Ensure all orders are correctly filled and that all items are properly labeled and stored.
Maintain accurate order records and report any shortages or discrepancies.
Inventory Management:
Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
Assist in identifying and addressing low stock levels and help with restocking.
Warehouse Organization & Cleanliness:
Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist with general maintenance tasks such as cleaning storage areas and equipment.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, especially when handling goods.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow all company and regulatory safety guidelines, including safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous warehouse experience
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle products with care.
Basic math skills for inventory and order management.
Comfortable with manual labor, including lifting and standing for long periods.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Certifications: Forklift certification is an asset but not required.
Additional Information
:
Warehouse Associates may be assigned to various tasks within the Warehouse. however cross training is mandatory.
Work Hours: Full-time, five days a week. Occasional weekend or evening shifts may be required, depending on operational needs.
