Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and equipment operation. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Load and unload products from trucks and containers, ensuring safe handling and proper placement. Operate order pickers and forklifts to retrieve items from storage for order fulfillment. Build and package orders accurately for shipment, adhering to quality standards. Maintain an organized warehouse environment by following proper inventory management practices. Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Utilize the warehouse management system to track inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Familiarity with order picking processes and warehouse management systems is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
