We are seeking a Warehouse Associates to work in our National Distribution Centre. We are looking for talented individuals to join our winning team where you will have a chance to grow and deliver world class service to our customers.

***Please note that the shift is working during the day shift from 7:30 am to 4;00 pm - working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday with days off Sundays & Mondays***

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Focus on excellence in execution - process customer orders and returns on time and accurately

\xc2\xb7 Execute all customer facing tasks with precision and speed

\xc2\xb7 Meet individual cycle time and efficiency targets

\xc2\xb7 Meet all Customer Service Metric targets

\xc2\xb7 Follow all policies & procedures

Receiving

\xc2\xb7 Unload product from trucks

\xc2\xb7 Match products in shipments to purchase orders

\xc2\xb7 Inspect, sort, count & verify inventory

\xc2\xb7 Stage products for put away activities

Returns & Restocking

\xc2\xb7 Unload product from shipping containers and stage for crediting activities

\xc2\xb7 Process credits for customer returns

\xc2\xb7 Sort & control inventory for restock, return to vendor or liquidation

\xc2\xb7 Inspect & prepare inventory for restocking

\xc2\xb7 Put away inventory into corresponding location

Fulfillment

\xc2\xb7 Put away inventory into corresponding location

\xc2\xb7 Print & prepare orders for picking activities

\xc2\xb7 Pick customer orders and stage for packing activities

\xc2\xb7 Pack, label & check customer orders and stage for shipping activities

\xc2\xb7 Scan, weigh & ship customers\' orders and load onto trucks

\xc2\xb7 Process inventory kitting activities as requested

General

\xc2\xb7 Maintain a clean & safe workstation

\xc2\xb7 Maintain equipment & tools

\xc2\xb7 Organize & maintain inventory of packing materials (bins, boxes, collates etc.)

Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written

\xc2\xb7 1+ year of experience in a warehouse environment

\xc2\xb7 Comfortable using a computer

\xc2\xb7 Must be flexible to work shifts as required and overtime as needed to meet business needs
