Position Overview
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse operations. The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Associate is prepping, returning, quality control of orders, inventory control and other warehouse related logistics (delivery & pick-up) . The Warehouse Associate will report directly to the Warehouse Manager. Key Job Responsibilities
Inbound/Outbound Order Processing

• Accurately receive, ship and label product, pick-up product from inventoried locations and pack orders efficiently and accurately for delivery to venues and/or other warehouses
• Perform basic quality control (QC) procedures, presentation of equipment and inventory control

Logistics and Transportation

• Prepare and process shipments via internal fleet
• Ability to operate industrial powered stock picker
• Valid drivers license and experience driving Vans, Cube-Vans, and Automatic Straight-Trucks (5 Ton)

Safety

• Perform daily checklists on equipment
• Participate in safety team initiatives

Warehouse Housekeeping

• Clean and maintain a safe work area
• Maintain equipment as necessary

Customer Service

• Ensure the highest standards of service while maintaining operation efficiency
• Maintain a working knowledge of equipment

Job Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED
• 1 to 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an AV warehouse environment
• Ability to lift over 65 lbs. independently
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication skills with other team members, site leadership team and internal and external customers
• Organizational skills with an attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment
• Basic computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office
• Experience using an Rental Point system (preferred)
• Experience operating powered stacker equipment

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-32 per week Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits:

• Flexible schedule

• Overtime pay

• Mississauga, ON L5S 1M2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
