Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse management systems and the ability to operate various types of heavy equipment safely.

Duties

Operate forklifts, reach trucks, to move materials and products within the warehouse. Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control. Execute order picking and packaging processes to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Load and unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production goals. Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform minor mechanical maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes. Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Experience with order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping & receiving procedures is highly desirable. Familiarity with manufacturing environments is beneficial for understanding workflow dynamics. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage inventory accurately.
