Job summary

The Warehouse Associate has a key role in ensuring that products are received, verified, stored, and transported to the sales floor or in the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner. This role involves constant handling of merchandise that varies in weight from light to heavy throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated

Warehouse Associate

to join our team. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, scan, verify, and store all incoming products Organize and store overstock items Process returns, damaged goods claims, and complete associated paperwork Maintain accurate inventory records Dispose of waste and cardboard in accordance with company procedures Safely operate all warehouse equipment Follow all Health and Safety regulations

Additional Duties:

While this role is primarily focused on warehouse operations, you may also be asked to assist in other departments as needed. We are a small location, and team collaboration is key to our success.

What We"re Looking For:

Availability to work full-time or part-time hours as required A strong team player with a flexible and adaptable attitude Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift and move merchandise safely Previous warehouse or retail experience is an asset but not required

Requirements / Skills

No experience is required!!! - We will provide all the training you need! Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours while frequently lifting and carrying items, using a ladder, twisting, turning and reaching Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, week-ends and holidays) Strong computer skills Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt and cope with challenging situations and make decisions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask * Certification in forklift and/or skyjack (scissor lift) (asset)
