We are looking for a full time Warehouse Associate (Level 2) to join our Winnipeg based team. The successful candidate will be expected to do the following:

Assembling/Filling Orders:



Prioritizing orders Prepare bills of lading and other shipping documents Packing of goods to be shipped Retrieve product information from data base.

Build Kits:



Stock parts Package parts Label Kit Final Inspection of kit

Inventory Counts:



Count inventory Organizing and sorting inventory cycle counts Final inspection of inventory

Receiving Orders:



Physical receiving for all purchase orders, including counting and determining

Receiving:



The receiver is responsible for unloading incoming shipments from trucks or containers. Ensure that the correct items, quantities, and conditions match the purchase order, packing list, and other shipping documents. Examine goods for any physical damage or defects.? If damage is found, the receiver needs to document for returns or claims. Ensure that all documentation, such as the bill of lading, purchase order, and delivery receipt, matches the goods being received. Work closely with inventory teams and warehouse staff to ensure proper stock levels are maintained and that discrepancies in inventory are flagged and addressed. Assist in initiating return or claims process with vendors or carriers. Participate in worksite hazard assessments, incident investigation, safety meetings, safety training and other aspects of the Hi-Tech Seals Inc. safety and quality control programs as required Adhere to established processes for receiving, inspecting, and documenting shipments to maintain consistency and operational efficiency.

Other duties as assigned:



Provide product expertise to the customer. Potential counter servicing Match products. Supply a prepared order. Clean and measure customer samples. Propose sealing solutions/substitutions. Batch and cure General Housekeeping Participate in worksite hazard assessments, incident investigation, safety meetings, safety training and other aspects of the Hi-Tech Seals Inc. safety and quality control programs as required Assist shipping department when required, including picking orders Keeping the counter and pick-up area clean and organized Filling O-ring board Maintain all counter displays, tools, literature, and materials needed Provide all cash/debit/visa receipts to Accounts Receivable staff Enter daily sales into Excel spreadsheet/Autopoint Other duties as required
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and characteristics:

At minimum a high school diploma Experience with international shipping is a plus Experience with distribution is great but we will train if needed Technologically savvy - you know your way around a computer Strong and confident communication skills in English Solid interpersonal skills A keen eye for detail Great organizational skills Strong work ethic with positive energy and a can do attitude A willingness to learn and grow
