We are looking for a
Warehouse Associate
to assist in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the position requires a self-motivated, dependable individual with developed organizational skills. We will train the perfect candidate in the processes of Parts of Trucks, however experience in inventory and warehouse procedures is preferred.
Details:
Prepare and complete warehouse orders.
Receive and process warehouse stock products.
Perform warehouse inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
Operate forklift and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Dispose of leftover packing materials such as crates, pallets and carboard.
Assist with occasional customer pickups or deliveries as needed.
Requirements
:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Must be physically able to lift in excess of 50 lbs.
Experience in operating warehouse equipment (reach truck, forklift, etc.)
Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
Current First Aid Training certificate is preferred.
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures, including WHMIS and TDG.
Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
