Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including shipping and receiving, order picking, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role requires the ability to operate heavy equipment and a commitment to ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

Efficiently package and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other heavy equipment safely and effectively. Conduct shipping and receiving activities, including unloading deliveries and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders. Perform order picking tasks using manual or automated systems to fulfill customer orders accurately. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.

Experience

Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with order picking processes and shipping/receiving procedures is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly related to the operation of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$20.78 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Night shift On call Weekends as needed
