Warehouse Associate

to join our team.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment. This role supports field crews by ensuring materials, tools, and inventory are properly stocked, counted, and prepared for daily installations.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and supplies Pick and prepare materials for daily jobs and installation crews Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with regular inventory counts Label, organize, and stock materials in designated warehouse locations

Inventory & Organization

Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damaged materials Assist with inventory tracking and documentation Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly stored and secured

Housekeeping & Safety

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Follow health and safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques Assist with waste removal, recycling, and general warehouse upkeep

General Support

Load and unload company vehicles as needed Assist with basic warehouse maintenance tasks Support warehouse and operations staff with additional duties as required

Qualifications & Experience

Previous warehouse, construction, or labour experience is an asset Ability to lift and move materials up to 80 lbs Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Basic computer skills for inventory tracking are an asset
