We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates/Backup G Delivery Drivers and a G Class Delivery Driver to join the warehouse team based out of the Owen Sound ON area.

The Warehouse associate will be responsible for picking orders and receiving product. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse operations and possess the skills necessary to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The G Class Delivery Driver will be responsible for making deliveries in Owen Sound and surrounding areas.

These are full-time permanent positions, direct hire with the company, not through an agency.

Responsibilities for the Warehouse Associate:

Accurately receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity. Act as a backup G class delivery driver Load and unload products from trucks and containers using forklifts, Raymond reach, order picker, and counterbalance. Receive the product and enter it into the system. Maintain organized inventory records within the warehouse management system, good computer skills are an asset. Fulfill orders accurately by picking items from inventory based on order specifications. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse distribution processes. Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock levels and report discrepancies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while operating equipment in the warehouse. Must have previous 2 years of warehouse experience. Must have 2 years of previous order picking experience. Experience with manual order picking, using pump truck or power jack Comfortable with heavy lifting 70 lbs Must have 2 years of forklift experience, Raymond Reach, Order Picker and counterbalance sit down propane. Must be comfortable working at heights. Must have a valid forklift certificate. Comfortable with a position that is operation, approx. 75-80% is manual, 20-25% forklift. Previous experience driving 24ft truck Must have a full valid G license Must have a clean driving record/abstract

Shift is Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm $20.70-$21.50/hr to start plus benefits, RRSP and Profit Sharing

Responsibilities for the G Class Delivery Driver:

Safely operate company vehicle (24ft single axle truck) to deliver goods to customers across assigned routes Load, unload, and verify deliveries against invoices or manifests Provide excellent customer service at each delivery location Maintain accurate delivery logs, reports, and paperwork Ensure vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good working condition Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams regarding delivery status or issues Handle goods with care to prevent damage during transport Assist with basic warehouse duties when required (loading, sorting, organizing shipments) Use GPS or delivery apps to plan efficient routes and meet delivery schedules Must have a full G License with minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience

Shift is Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm $21.82-$23.00/hr to start plus benefits, RRSP and Profit Sharing
