About the Role
As a
Warehouse Associate
, you'll be at the heart of our logistics and delivery operations -- receiving goods, managing inventory, assisting with showroom needs, and completing deliveries. You'll support the builder, commercial, and retail divisions, working under the direction of the department manager.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
Pick and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup
Keep warehouse clean, organized, and aligned with safety practices
Maintain accurate stock records and help with inventory checks
Delivery Services
Deliver products to job sites and customer homes professionally and on time
Load and unload products safely
Keep company delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained
General Duties
Assist with showroom installations or field service tasks when required
Follow company safety protocols at all times
Complete other tasks to support warehouse and business operations as assigned by the department manager
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, delivery, or logistics roles
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean 3-year driver's abstract
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights (up to 14 ft)
Strong attention to detail and time management
Forklift experience is an asset (not required)
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
