Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely.

Responsibilities

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for loading and unloading materials. Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and packaging. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock. Conduct order picking and heavy lifting as needed to prepare products for shipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment. Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies as necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Must have driving license. Proficient in operating heavy equipment including forklifts, cranes, and order pickers. Experience with shipping & receiving operations and order fulfillment practices. Ability to lift heavy items regularly and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
