We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the overall success of our distribution and manufacturing processes. This position involves various tasks related to shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Duties

Perform packaging tasks to prepare products for shipment. Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery of goods. Conduct heavy lifting and handling of materials as required, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Skills

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with familiarity in warehouse distribution practices. Mechanical knowledge is an asset for troubleshooting equipment issues. Knowledge of AS400 or similar inventory management systems is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. A background in manufacturing or construction may be beneficial for understanding operational workflows.
