Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and order pickers to move products safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the order fulfillment process by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Perform heavy lifting as required, handling packages weighing up to 50 pounds or more.
• Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of daily tasks and adherence to safety protocols.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency and accessibility of products.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse distribution or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems, such as AS400, is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the shift.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or overtime when required.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
