The Fountain Tire Delta Distribution Centre (105-7510 Hopcott Rd) is currently looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team.

First started in 1956 in Wainwright, Alberta, Fountain Tire expertly combines key factors such as experienced owners, licensed automotive technicians, and quality products to form a company driven to serve. Today, we have over 160 stores spanning as far west as Victoria, British Columbia and as far east as Vaughan, Ontario.

As a Warehouse associate, each day will bring new opportunities, but you will always be involved in:

• Loading and unloading delivery trucks in a timely manner in order to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments
• Sorting, stacking, and putting away products to company standards
• Maintaining knowledge of inventory, stock locations, model numbers and handling instructions
• Assisting in inventory management through documentation processes and inventory counts

What does it take to get on track?

• At least 2 years of previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Basic computer skills with Windows programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fall safety/forklift/order picker certifications would be considered an asset (please send copies of your certifications if you have them)
