DHL Express has openings forWarehouse Associate Casualat our Winnipeg, MB location. You will support the business by accurately and efficiently managing shipments and packages in order to serve our customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to the best of our ability. Join us and help us achieve our mission of having the best day every day.

Shifts: Casual between Monday - Friday, 12pm to 8pm.

Wage: $19.48

In this Warehouse Associate position, you will be responsible to

• Unload and/or load containers, trailers, and vehicles safely, correctly and efficiently
• Move freight within the warehouse area as per agreed safety procedures
• Participate in the organization and clean-up of the warehouse area
• Participate in maintaining a safe and co-operative work environment
• Scan freight as required
• Other warehouse duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels, up to and including 70lbs. per piece.
• Comfortable working at heights and standing for long periods.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and on time within tight time constraints.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Often fatiguing or uncomfortable - hot or cold warehouse environment dependent upon season. The job might often require concentrated levels of attention and physical activity. Tension and time constraints may be an on-going aspect of the job.
