Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the overall success of our distribution and logistics processes. This position involves various tasks including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, manually organize, and operating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

Material Handling:

Manually move, organize, and arrange materials within the warehouse using non-powered equipment such as carts or hand jacks. Ensure proper stacking and secure handling of items.

Inventory Control:

Assist in tracking inventory levels and conducting counts to ensure accuracy. Document the quantity and condition of materials as needed. Verify contents against packing slips, purchase orders or other relevant documents, and organize items in the appropriate storage locations.

Safety Procedures:

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following company safety protocols and housekeeping standards.

Compliance and Safety:

Comply with all company policies and applicable regulations related to safety and warehouse operations.

Quality Assurance:

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures to ensure product quality.

Documentation and Reporting:

Complete basic paperwork or digital records for inventory movement and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes. Mechanical knowledge is a plus, with an understanding of basic maintenance for warehouse equipment. Experience with shipping & receiving procedures, including order fulfillment practices. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 65 per week
