About the Role:





Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Associate will be responsible for inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes within our facility. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow GMP practices, and the enthusiasm to collaborate with a great team. You will handle capital, consumable, and service receipts from suppliers, ensuring proper processing for sales, evaluations, and demo purposes.


The successful applicant will:




Inspect incoming shipments for packaging quality and report damage. Verify received items against orders and packing slips, ensuring accuracy. Log lot codes, expiry dates, and serial numbers into NetSuite. Organize and store inventory in the proper bins with clear labeling. Pick and pack orders accurately per ERP system requirements. Generate waybills, shipping documents, and international paperwork. Perform daily inventory counts, verify stock levels, and report discrepancies. Participate in GMP and SOP training for product and process knowledge. Support LUVO Medical Technologies Inc., assisting with receiving, stock movements, shipping, kit assembly, and manufacturing quality control for surgical fibers. Be assigned to different teams based on business needs, including weekend or shift work.

We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:




Secondary School Diploma required. 1-3 years of relevant experience in warehousing/logistics. ERP system proficiency, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). MS Dynamics GP is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work well with internal and external stakeholders. Experience operating reach trucks and pallet lifts safely. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly.
