WHO YOU ARE
You\xe2\x80\x99re pretty smart, have savvy organizational and communication skills, a strong will to learn and a desire to partner with others in a highly collaborative sales environment. You\xe2\x80\x99re a jack of all trades \xe2\x80\x93 packing and shipping orders and keeping the warehouse organized, clean and safe. You like things methodical and steady, but you know the business sometimes calls for fast and frenzied, and you can make it happen!

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will help your team and our customers by tracking inventory, storing products and overseeing deliveries and shipments. You\xe2\x80\x99re organized, have great attention to detail, and are strong enough to lug boxes around. But mostly you\xe2\x80\x99re a team player looking to help out in any way that you can!
You will report to the Operations Manager, and under their guidance, you will:

• Wow customers and your team with your good attitude
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe warehouse
• Receive and return deliveries and account for all items
• Sort and store inventory and repackage items to be shipped elsewhere (branch or customer location)
• Receive items in the computer system to show which items are available for customers
• Restock shelves with new inventory and maintain established MINO code organization of products
• Grow your skills and career through business and personal development courses and activities
• Share your big ideas, learn from your mistakes, ask for help and lend a hand when needed
