Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and possess a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Duties

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Prepare and package outgoing orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and documented. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers safely and efficiently. Maintain an organized warehouse environment by keeping work areas clean and free of hazards. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order picking and fulfillment. Fabricate packaging materials as needed to ensure products are secure during transit. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse setting is required. Driver's license with own vehicle required. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus. Assembly of furniture required. Ability to operate pallet jack and/or other warehouse equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week

Every Weekend Holidays Monday to Friday
