Tropical Link Canada is a natural and organic foods company based in Burnaby. We're passionate about delivering high-quality, health-focused products to our customers across Canada--and we're looking for a part time

warehouse associate

to support our daily logistics and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming products according to company standards. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock rotation (FIFO). Willing to do routine deliveries within the lower mainland. Load and unload pallets, containers, and delivery trucks (manual handling and/or pallet jack). Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation for outgoing shipments. Follow all GMP, HACCP, and food-handling requirements (training provided). Report damaged, missing, or low-stock items to management. Support basic quality checks under guidance from the Quality Assurance team. Assist with warehouse projects, product organization, and workflow improvements. Perform all duties in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures. Complete other warehouse tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Operations Team.

What We're Looking For:

Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred (food industry experience is a bonus). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods. Valid BC Forklift Operating License/Certificate (if null, training will be provided) Valid Class 5 Driver's License Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable using pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment (training provided). Good communication skills and a positive team-player attitude. Basic computer skills (MS Office / inventory systems experience is an asset). Interest in natural and organic foods is a plus.
