Summary of Position:

Start your day by preparing your workstation to handle incoming shipments efficiently. As a key member of the inbound logistics team, your responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and processing inbound deliveries using our dealership management system (DMS) and parts scanners. You'll collaborate with the outbound team to help ensure deliveries are dispatched on time. Throughout the day, you'll manage inbound shipments from various vendors, process returns from business partners, replenish stock, and conduct inventory audits. You'll also handle warranty and core parts, including organizing or scrapping them as needed. By the end of your shift, you'll ensure any inbound-related email inquiries or tasks are responded to, daily inbound tasks are completed, and that the warehouse is clean, organized, and ready for the next day's operations. During downtime or overtime, you may be assigned additional projects or assist other team members as required.

Job Qualifications:

Valid Class 5 driver's license Proficient with computer systems and basic applications Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to follow detailed instructions and work independently or in a team High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and customer-focused mindset

Compensation:

$46,500 - $53,000 per annum

Work Schedule:

Tuesday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
(Flexibility may be required depending on operational needs.)


Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
