Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Coordinator to oversee the efficient processing, packing, and shipping of products within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management systems, order fulfillment, and shipping & receiving operations. This role is essential in ensuring timely delivery, accurate inventory management, and smooth warehouse distribution processes. The Shipping Coordinator will collaborate closely with warehouse staff and logistics teams to maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Process and prepare daily shipments for our online platforms
(Amazon Vendor account, Walmart shipment portal, and our website)

Review purchase orders from our online platform each Monday Pack products according to required guidelines, including labeling, wrapping, and proper packaging Print shipping labels, packing slips, and organize daily outgoing shipments Pick and pack ordered items accurately and efficiently Receive incoming inventory, unpack, and stock shelves Keep the warehouse and packing area clean, organized, and safe Perform basic computer tasks such as:
- entering order updates
- printing labels
- confirming shipped orders

Communicate clearly in English and follow written packing instructions Help maintain inventory accuracy by reporting low stock or discrepancies Support general warehouse tasks as needed
