Role Overview

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering HPD's promise of "Moments of Fun" by ensuring every product is received, stocked, picked, and shipped with care and precision. You'll help maintain accurate inventory, clean workspaces, and efficient order fulfillment--all while contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

Receiving with Care:

Safely unload shipments, inspect for damage, and ensure accurate counts

Stocking for Accuracy & Efficiency:

Place products in correct locations and maintain Overstock Logs

Order Picking with Precision:

Pick and stage orders with speed and accuracy

Shipping with Safety & Professionalism:

Pack orders to protect products and meet Dangerous Goods regulations

Inventory Counts for Confidence:

Perform cycle counts and SKU audits to maintain accuracy

Proactive Problem Solving:

Report and correct inventory issues promptly

Warehouse Tidiness:

Keep workspaces clean and safe

Safe Equipment Operation:

Inspect and operate equipment with care

Requirements

Able to be on your feet all day (10,000-15,000 steps/day) Able to lift up to 70 lbs Steel-toe footwear

Preferred Experience

1-3 years in a warehouse or similar environment Experience with VLM, WAV, Genie, or forklift equipment Comfortable with performance metrics like accuracy, speed, and safety Team player with growth potential

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
