Job Description

The Warehouse and Customer Support Worker contributes to the overall operations of Ballycorp Ltd. by overseeing the shipping and receiving of materials and finished goods, participating in the assembly of products, and assisting with the organizing of warehouse inventory. The Warehouse and Customer Support worker performs a variety of functions to support efficient operation of the Ballycorp Ltd. warehouse, including, but not limited to:

• Processing customer orders including packing and shipping (60%)
• Assembly and packaging of hot surface igniters, flame sensors, condensate pumps and eco support products. (20%)
• Inventory management using inventory management software and performance of physical inventory counts (5%)
• Processing and receiving raw materials (5%)
• Organizing and cleaning of warehouse and office space (5%)
• Inventory management (5%)

Skill Requirements:

• MUST HAVE Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Computer competencies, using email, accounting/inventory programs, spreadsheets and label printers
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality of work
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to identify opportunities for efficiency in warehouse operations
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Proven analytical skills, including forecasting of production needs
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
